Reservations

• Booking is confirmed ONLY upon receipt of a non-refundable deposit equal to the first night’s stay
• Prices are in Mexican Pesos ($ MXN)
• Continental breakfast and connection to Wi-Fi included
• Daily cleaning service included in the room rate
• A minimum three-night stay is required for all bookings during the regular season. During peak season, the minimum stay may vary. Please see our high season details below for more information
• HEVEN Residence is a naturist (clothing optional) home
• Only for people +18 years old
• We apologize for not allowing pets. We want to avoid conflict with ours
• Check-in at 15:00, Check out: 11:00. Walk-in´s welcome
• We provide body soap (neutral), bath towels, beach towels, and umbrellas
• We do not have A/C, but we do have ceiling fans to help keep you cool.

Payments

• We accept cash MXN, bank transfers or deposits (Mexican banks only), Visa or MasterCard
• Discounts don’t apply to our rates
• Booking is confirmed upon receipt of a deposit equal to the first night’s stay
• The deposit is non-refundable. It can be transferred to another person and is valid for one year
• Please pay your bill from 8:00-10:00 am, the day after you arrive

High Season

• 01 December – 28 February – a minimum four-night stay is required. Please note that for New Year’s Eve, a minimum seven-night stay is required
• Holy Week, Easter Week, and a week later – a minimum five-night stay is required
• Festive weekends
